Gurdial (Dale) is a professional Real Estate Agent with 33 years of experience in the Vancouver and Lower Mainland market. Born in Punjab, India, Dale immigrated to Canada with his family in 1975 and grew up in Merritt, BC. He became a licensed real estate agent in 1987, specializing in residential and first-time home buyer services. Since then, he has been a Master Medallion Club Lifetime Member for the last 30 years as one of the top 1%-10% of ALL Realtors. Dale is also a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Chairman's Club, President's Club, Platinum Club, and Circle of Legends Club.
He brings integrity and personal care to each of his clients and gets his passion for real estate from seeing satisfied smiles on his client's faces when they find or sell their home. When Dale is not relaxing at home with his family, he is an active member of the community promoting a variety of charitable causes through the Rotary Club, including BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, Earthquake in Pakistan Relief, and the Haiti Relief Fund.
I began my Real Estate Career in 1987 since then I have strived to be one of the Top Salespeople in the Lower Mainland. During my 33 years as a full-time Realtor®, I have accumulated extensive knowledge for the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Market.
As a member of the Vancouver Real Estate Board, B.C. Real Estate Association, and Canadian Real Estate Association, I have been recognized by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver as a Master Medallion Club Lifetime Member for 30 years and Top 1% of ALL Realtors® and Medallion President’s club for 9 years. As well as a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Chairman’s, President’s Club and Platinum Club and Circle of Legends Club. I was most recently nominated and awarded with the prestigious Realtor’s Care Award in 2014.
