Gurdial (Dale) is a professional real estate agent with nearly 30 years of experience in the Vancouver, lower mainland market. Born in Punjab, India, Dale immigrated to Canada with his family in 1975 and grew up in Merritt, BC. He became a licensed real estate agent in 1987, specializing in residential and first-time home buyer services. He has been a Medallion Club Lifetime Member for 26 years as Top 1%-10% of ALL Realtors. Dale is also a member of REMAX's Hall of Fame and REMAX's Chairman's, President's Club and Platinum Club.

He brings integrity and personal care to each of his clients and gets his passion for real estate from seeing satisfied smiles on client faces when they find or sell their home. When Dale is not relaxing at home with his family, he is an active member of the community promoting a variety of charitable causes through the Rotary Club, including BC Children’s Hospital Foundation, Earthquake in Pakistan and the Haiti Relief Fund.

I began my Real Estate Career in 1987. Since then he has strived to be one of the Top Salespeople in the Lower Mainland. During my 30 years as a full time Realtor® I have accumulated extensive knowledge for the Greater Vancouver Real Estate Market.

As member of the Vancouver Real Estate Board, B.C. Real Estate Association, and Canadian Real Estate Association, I have been recognized by the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver as a Medallion Club Lifetime Member for 26 years and Top 1% of ALL Realtors® and Medallion President’s club 9 years. As well as a member of RE/MAX’s Hall of Fame, RE/MAX Chairman’s, President’s Club and Platinum Club. I was most recently nominated and awarded with the prestigious Realtor’s Care Award in 2014.
